Winter storm warning today, and "arctic vortex" dropping temps below freezing. Nothing like the midwest's frozen insanity of earlier this month, but it seemed worthwhile to drag my butt out of bed at 5:15 to catch the later of two reinstated bus routes into the industrial park where I work.
Power to the People! Enough riders and businesses complained that RIPTA put two morning trips to the Industrial Park back on the schedule, and one in the afternoon. That will help a lot of people get to work in the morning. Those of us with 9-5 jobs are still kinda screwed, but there's progress made.
Jewelry-making continues to perk along. I'm trying to complete at least one piece per day, which really isn't that hard.
Went to visit a client today. I seldom go on these, but it was very nice. New TC seemed sharp and ready to take the wheel.
Tried the calzones from Politta's. Meatball for lunch, chicken parm for dinner. Nums.
My pretty apple charm came today! It's made of red aventurine and sterling silver. I love it! The depth of the stone makes it actually look...juicy.
