We're in!
I'm ridiculously excited that I just purchased tickets to "America's Thanksgiving Dinner" at Plimoth Plantation. This is on my list of 101 Things in 1001 Days, and something I've wanted to do for a very long time.
Here's the description from their site:
Our popular America's Thanksgiving Dinner features classic roast turkey and all the traditional New England trimmings. Enjoy the company of your family and friends, as Pilgrim role players and Native interpreters greet you. People come from around the country and the world to be at Plimoth Plantation for these special meals.

ReplyDeleteYes, I'm a total history nerd. You're welcome to join us at the 6pm seating, if you can get tickets!
DeleteThis is so exciting! I'm embarrassed to say I'd never heard of this until just now, but I took a little spin around their website and and it looks AWESOME! What a great way to celebrate the holiday, and I'm glad you got it nailed down in advance.
ReplyDeleteThanks Gal! I'd been fretting about there not being enough space, and have been waiting for months for reservations to open up for this year.
