...and then it snowed.

Nor'easter "Athena"

This is a church in Providence getting dumped on by "Nor'easter Athena" on Wednesday, November 7, 2012.

Our area got about 1-2" of snow, but there were places in Connecticut that saw a foot or more. Coming after the ravages of "Frankenstorm" Sandy, it made a bad situation worse.

We were fortunate. We had no power outage, even our internet stayed on. We got some high winds and downed branches, but it wasn't serious for us at all. Unlike the complete devastation that the coastline saw.

  1. Glad you're OK. And the snow is kinda pretty. I imagine it will melt pretty fast and you'll be back to autumn.
