New recipe: Maple-pecan crusted chicken

Just tried this new recipe I found at Betty Crocker. It's terrific, and pretty simple to make. The coating is just maple syrup, mayo, pecans and bread crumbs.

The maple and pecan suit each other perfectly. It is a bit sweet, however. Also, I'd make just a little more syrup mix than the recipe calls for. Probably by adding water so as not to increase the sweetness any more.
