2010 Habits

Most habits can be formed or broken in about 30 days. So, for each month in 2010, I'm going to focus on one important change and stick with it for the month. Hopefully by 2011 I'll have picked up 12 new good habits.

January - focus: fitness. New year, new you. Time to get more energized.

December - focus: Christmas. The holiday season "is a time, of all others, when Want is keenly felt, and Abundance rejoices." (Dickens, A Christmas Carol, 1843). I really want to feel Christmas this year.
