enviro-mental archives: Twisted storage idea

blog it
For twine, string, ribbon, etc, Curbly suggests mounting funnels to keep the spools untangled and the strands neat and organized. It looks like a great, functional idea to me, and a very simple DIY. Picking up funnels at yard sales (they're sometimes sold in graduated sizes that can be used for varying sizes of strands and/or spools) is a green and frugal way to manage this project.

  1. This is such a fabulous idea! I use twine all the time when I'm gardening! And I use ribbon in my girls' hair constantly. Great solution!
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog!
