Maybe Swaziland has the right idea

When thinking of what to do with the people who were responsible for murdering the Florida couple who adopted 12 special needs children, while nine of those children were in the house, perhaps the schoolchildren of Swaziland could provide the example.

In Mbabane, Swaziland, a local man went on a rampage in a high school and stabbed 13 children, killing one. Other schoolchildren surrounded him and stoned him to death on the spot (Canada.com).

Of course I believe in the judicial process, and innocent until proven guilty. But that still leaves the question of what to do with the heartless, gutless, soulless people who would do something like this.
